– New Holland Brewing/Barley Flats Project
Serving as the anchor point for the ongoing development of the west side of Grand Rapids, this multi purpose facility is home to the locally owned and nationally known Holland Brewing Company. Wide open spaces spilling into high vaulted ceiling beer gardens really make this a must see for all visitors to the city. Exposed structural steel, misc steel and extravagant metal finishes leave you with an appreciation for this 1st class for a first class product. Attached to the brewery and restaurant are the Barley flats which serve as housing for the ever growing urban dweller. Taking up an entire city block, this project required extremely detailed timing for delivery of all steel.
