– Flats East Bank Project
The dynamic project consisted of a 545 car parking garage and a 22 story office building complex in downtown Cleveland. Surrounded by Lake Erie and other high rises, this glass enclosed steel structure demanded on-time delivery and careful coordination. Connecting to concrete shear towers necessitated high level contingency planning to account for tolerances of other trades. Completed ahead of schedule, this project leads the way in the redevelopment of this area of town.
