– Heinz Field South Plaza & North End Zone Scoreboard Project
Steel Supply and Engineering recently completed the structural steel needed for this 3000 seat addition to the home of the Pittsburgh Steelers. In addition to the stadium seating, this project included the new 30,000 sq ft PNC Champions Club, a Cigar Bar, private suites, and expansion to concession areas. Total project completion was achieved in a fast-paced 6 months.
Prior to the Plaza infill, Steel Supply fabricated the new scoreboard located on the North end of the stadium. In addition to the structural steel, the misc steel catwalks on the backside of the scoreboard were pre-assembled in our shop to expedite erection.
